Should home buyers pay commission to their agent?
Real estate agent representing a home buyer work for the buyer and not for the seller. So why the seller should pay their commission?

I believe that the buyer should pay the agent who represents him/her and not the seller. That make sense. The buyer agent is basically going against the seller so it dose not make sense that the seller will pay commission to the buyer agent.
The buyer should pay his agent the commission not the seller.
I was always wondering why the seller needs to pay commission to an agent who is going against him? That dose not make sense at all.
Yes! the buyer needs to pay for the services his agent gives him not the seller.
