HOMEiZ offers 2 types of listing to make is easy, affordable and friendly.

Standard Listing: The Standard listings are free from any charge and you receive all leads coming to your listing. No other agent’s faces will appear on your listing. Listing duration is good for 30 days. Once your listing reached its 30 days’ limit mark, you have the option to renew the listing or not. You may upload unlimited listings you may have. HOMEiZ is not limiting you using all the tools & features. Upload Property Photos, and you are free to upload as many pictures you may wish to your listing, Property Video link to YouTube, Vimeom3D Matterport, Link to Property Website, upload Documents, make an offer/counter offer.

Featured listings: The featured listings are highlighted to make them stand out and easier to see. They will show on top in search ranking and will show in the homepage of their category. Featured listings get maximum exposure, 20 times more leads then a standard listing. Featured listings duration are good for 60 days. Once your listing reached its 60 day`s limit mark, you have the option to renew the listing by paying. You may upload as many featured listings you wish but you will need to pay for each featured listing. HOMEiZ is not limiting you using all the tools & features.
