No one wants to pay their broker a commission split anymore.

A lot of agents feel their brokers aren't doing enough work to earn that commission. Many agents think that 100 percent commission brokers that focus heavily on tech are going to take over the industry and will change dramatically the brokerage business model. Are you one of these agents?

If I was a real estate agent I will first verify first what my broker can give me not what I can give to my broker.If I see value in that brokerage than I do not mind to have a small split.
